As a proud Veteran of the US Coast Guard Search and Rescue Team, Mike has served in the AV/IT integration industry over the last 27 years and holds a Top Secret Security Clearance. He has served as a Network Engineer, Control Systems Programmer, Projector Manager, and Senior Design Engineer. Mike has led project and support services for some of the largest corporations and Government agencies in the Northern Virginia and DC area. Through valued trusted relationships with our clients, Mike is committed to finding the unique combination of products and services at the best price points to drive business outcomes.

Brent Wooten, president & cro

With over 16 years of experience in the industry, Brent has gained a comprehensive knowledge of AV Integration. He began his career as a Broadcast Technician for XM Satellite Radio, and has worked as a Technician, Control Systems Programmer, Systems Engineer, and Design Engineer. He incorporates the lessons learned in the field into every project to ensure that they will work reliably and provide the customer with an AV system that they can depend on. He values innovation, quality, and customer service, and aims to leverage his expertise and experience to create value and impact for the company and the industry.

Cheri Marshall, CMO

Kimberly Buziak-Heverly, CFO

Cheri brings us over 25 years of experience with Government procurement, specializing in Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR), including the many individual agency supplemental regulations. Cheri's unique proven ability to execute and manage complex SaaS procurement software development projects, requirements, cost estimates, code version control, and release management ensures on time and on budget milestones and overall goals are consistently met for our programming clients.

Kimberly Buziak-Heverly, CFO

As the controller, Kim is responsible for all the financial and accounting functions of the company. Prior to joining our team Kim worked as a Tax Accountant at a CPA firm for 4 years as well as the Senior Accountant for a property management company in Hawaii for 8 years. Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from West Chester University.
